Rahshib Thomas (He/Him)
Rahshib Thomas, a coach and consultant who trains the Momentum Workshop and the Leadership Program, enjoys helping people discovering information they can use.
Rahshib honed his people-to-people and learning & development skills as a human resources leader in luxury real estate and hospitality companies, as well as community organizing and policy advocacy through his involvement with the historic civil rights organization, the National Urban League.
In his book “Bout That Life: Leadership Lessons for the Urban Professional,” Rahshib shares his personal struggle finding fit and being authentic in his community, at work and even in his own skin. Through each chapter, the book empowers readers to overcome challenges in self-awareness & purpose, networking and being authentic. Through his work in Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion education, Rahshib facilitates conversations and education about inclusion, belonging and naming systemic causes of inequity to create equity, parity and power. As a coach, Rahshib utilizes psychoanalytic approaches to create awareness, clarity and action in areas of life that are important to people and organizations.
Rahshib holds certifications in Professional Coaching, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace and Human Resources. In addition, he is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and holds a degree in Communication from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
