The Momentum Workshop (formerly the Basic Workshop) is designed to support you to get clear of underlying behaviors and beliefs that may or may not be serving you.

You’ll connect with a team of trained staff who are well suited to support you in identifying and achieving your goals.

The training environment encourages authenticity and honest communication. You will have the opportunity to develop tools and awareness that will support you in maximizing your personal and professional accomplishments.

We hope to reach those who are currently experiencing an exciting, transitional, or challenging time.

We hope that more people can experience the power of community and gain personal tools for success through the Momentum Workshop when they could really use it.

Holistic and Workshop based. All of our programs focus on Experiential Learning. Doing is better learning.

Live, Personal Instruction. Our workshops can be virtual or in-person. We’ve trained on 6 continents and all 50 states.

Emotional Intelligence Development. Focused practice around integral skills to communication and culture.

Immediately Useful. Participants leave with the critical skill training they need to see results. Over 95% of participants surveyed say that they have been able to immediately apply what they’ve learned.

Enriching & Engaging. We facilitate and immersive workshop culture. We play games, work as partners and small teams, whiteboard, share out, write, meditate, joke, and walk away with stories to tell. There’s no sitting in the back of the class.
