She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Teaching Adolescents with Disabilities and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, and Professional Coach Certification (PCC.)

Tamara developed and leads Momentum Education’s International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification Program, Impactful Coaching. 

She trains and coaches executives from around the world and works with incredible clients such as NYU, Columbia University, the New York City Department of Education, United Nations, Federal Employed Women’s Organization (FEW), and the New York Office of Equity and Access, where she delivers Advanced Leadership and Communication training, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs, Organizational Resilience, and Coaching Skills Integration.
