Hello, let me start by saying thank you.
And the reason I want to say thank you, is because if you've made it to this part of the webpage, there can only be one reason why.
And that reason is because you are someone who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people, most likely your students.
And so I want to talk to you today about how we can continue to support you in making the difference with your students and within your school communities.
My name is Robinson Lynn. I'm the executive director of an organization named momentum education that was founded 20 years ago by my mother, Robin Lynn, who's in one of those pictures back there.
What I can say is that my mother Robin Lynn was raised by a teacher and in particular, a teacher in Harlem. And what was instilled in my mother was that if we wanted to make a difference in future generations, the best way to do so was to make a difference in the lives of young people now.
What I can share, and what you probably know already, is I would say there are challenges facing young people today that have never been faced before. And I would say that we as an organization, for the last 20 years, have specialized in supporting schools and universities in thriving.
We work with students, teachers and administrators in creating school communities where everyone feels expressed and connected and is reminded just how much they matter to each other.
The way we do that is with a well-developed social-emotional learning curriculum.
I'm sure you're familiar with social-emotional learning, and you're also probably familiar with the level of impact that can have. It can be the difference between a student feeling isolated and feeling connected and expressed.
It can be the difference between a teacher feeling burnt out or feeling like they had the tools, not just to bring back to their classroom which is so essential, but also feeling refreshed to go back to the classroom themselves as they continue to make a difference.
We've made a difference for over 20 years. We've worked with 1000s of students, and 1000s of teachers and educators.
And I'm proud to say that over 90% of the schools we work with, become repeat clients.
And it's not just because there are new students at the beginning of each year, although there are – it's because there are new challenges at the beginning of each year.
We specialize in adapting our curriculum and customizing it based on what will make the school community thrive.
So what we would love to do is to make sure that you feel supported.
So many of the students and teachers who have worked with us realize as a result of the tools that they've been given that they don't have to do it alone.
If you're someone making a difference, I want to make sure, and we want to make sure, that you don't feel alone in doing so. The best way to do that is to click on the link right below this video and schedule a call to talk about how we can support your school in thriving.
Thank you for the difference you're already making and we're looking forward to supporting you.
