Carlos J. Gomez is an accomplished speaker, mentor & Transformational trainer. He currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development for a leading online technology company, supporting its expansion and growth across the Northeast region. Carlos is a New York City native and devoted husband and father of two, who possesses a passion for people and a relentless optimism that is evident in his training style.

Currently, Carlos is a Leadership Coordinator at Momentum Education where he has actively contributed since 2010. His teams consistently break records.

Influenced by his transformational work and various roles within the Momentum Education community as a teen mentor, training facilitator, and board member, Carlos recently founded the Excellence Consulting Group to support people, business and organizations alike to produce extraordinary results.
